Outdoor Enclosures: ODE-A4 range

ViaLite‘s ODE-A4 range of outdoor enclosures consists of the ODE-A4 GPS, ODE-A4 VSAT, ODE-A4 Quad LNB and ODE-A4 configurable. The range replaces the classic ODE-A enclosure and, like their predecessor, the enclosures can be used for permanent fixed installations or for rapid field deployment of mobile systems.

The enclosures are designed for ViaLiteHD Blue OEMs, have external connections and come in standard configurations for Satcom and GPS. All versions include:

IP65 and NEMA 4 rated (weatherproof and suitable for harsh environments)
1-4 RF channels (Blue OEMs)
Optional Site Controller for SNMP M&C
Space for additional accessories and internal RF over fiber links
Lightweight, small form factor
External weatherproof fiber and power connections
Split gland connector option for pre-terminated cables
Wall- and pole-mount accessories available

ODE-A4 GPS

The GPS model can be used to bring GPS/GNSS signals into buildings for time servers, base stations, test equipment or rebroadcasting. It is typically used at data centers, mines and tunnels, secure Government buildings/sensitive compartmented information facilities (SCIFs), locations without clear-sky access to GPS signals.

ODE-A4 VSAT

With L-Band links, the ODE-A4 VSAT is a cost-effective solution for connecting VSAT terminals remotely over fiber. Typically used by Satcom, Telemetry and Government/Defense markets where the VSAT antenna is positioned over 300 ft away from the terminal.

The enclosure is ideal for use with the ViaLite 1U Rack Chassis as a turnkey VSAT RF over fiber system.

ODE-A4 Quad LNB

Designed for connecting single-channel and Quad-LNBs for RF over fiber interfacility links. Typical markets include Government for receive-only applications, Satcom, TV Receive Only (TVRO) and Telemetry.

ODE-A4 configurable

This enclosure can be configured to house any ViaLiteHD Blue OEM RF over fiber links, including: UHF/VHF 10 MHz-1 GHz, Timing & Reference, Wideband 10 MHz-3 GHz and Ultra Wideband 2 kHz-4.2 GHz depending on requirements.

Embedded Site Controller

ViaLite‘s Embedded Site Controller option for the ODE-A4 outdoor enclosures allows Monitoring & Control (M&C) of the RF over fiber links inside.
